Anyone know where I can buy low sodium chicken?
The chicken at costco is about 400mg sodium for one chicken breast for the worst sodium product and 150mg sodium for the best.
I found trader joe's chicken breast to be about 100mg per breast (8oz size)
I need to injest less than 1500mg per day and am trying to cut it out as much as possible
I need to eat alot of chicken because I'm trying to bulk and cut like a amateur bodybuilder

You just have to find another grocery. Chicken should range from about 73 to 96 mg of sodium per 4 oz depending on what it was fed, light or dark, skin on or not, bone in or bone out. When you see levels in 3 or more digits it has been brined. Soaked in commercial salt water. This adds weight to the bird plus increases shelf life. Stay away from it. That level will kill a heart patient but profit is more important. I have only one store in my little town that has normal chicken and even they put out brined chicken sometimes.
