Here is the name of a cheese that actually tastes great;
Don Olivos by Emmi cheese. It actually is yummy. The Alpine Lace low sodium cheeses are utterly tasteless--at least to me. This one is truly good and yet it's only 50 mg per ounce. Really.
Second, here is a line of sauces and dips that are all WONDERFUL. That's the sauces by Robert Rothschild Farm. A lot are sodium free.
You can find these at gourmet grocery stores or online. Try the Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (no sodium at all) on a pork chop. Or the Roasted Pineapple and Habenero Dip with veggies.
Anybody out there know of a soup recipe that doesn't taste like...hot water?
